Beware of this Woman

Watch out for this woman, she's everywhere. You might find her at the yarn shop, bead shop, scrapbooking shop and even possibly the wine shop. She is usually armed and dangerous. She probably is carrying a few knitting needles, or a crochet hook, and again quite possibly a cork screw. She is dangerous when engaged in conversation. She will encourage you to make something, be creative. The next thing you know you are under her spell and you think you just might be. She will offer to "get you started" and even offer to go to the craft store with you. She will offer advise on this and that. But don't listen!!! The next thing you know you will have more crafts to do than you can in one lifetime. You will be poor and sleep deprived. Please heed my advise. WATCH OUT FOR THIS WOMAN! She lives in Pittsburgh but has been spotted in Columbus, OH.

Here they are!!

Knitting Update

Ok, I know, it's been a while. If the taking, downloading and publishing of the pictures weren't so difficult to me I would do it more often. Kind of like exercising. HAHA! I will get the hang of this I promise. Here are a few things I recently finished. I love the warm clogs. They were so easy to knit and I learned several new knitting techniques. I plan on making more colorful ones for Christmas presents. Family members, act surprised. And the scarf is my first steps into lacey knitting. It is also the only thing I own in cashmere. I ordered the cashmere on eBay and it came from England so I feel very provincial when I wear it. It's very soft and wish I had more of it. But for now I will wear my clogs and scarf and dream of more knitting projects to come.
