Here they are....aren't they pur-ty!

They're done, they're done, they're DONE!

I'm here and man am I happy these socks are done. For some crazy reason I have discovered that I should not do any sock knitting while also doing Christmas stuff. I have torn these socks out so many times I think I have already worn out the yarn. This picture isn't very complimentary to the colors but believe me they are pur-ty. This is Lorna's Lace, in Black pearl. Very soft too. But now I can move on to new and exciting things. Today I am starting a cashmere lacy scarf. My very first lace project. After that I hope to start a cable scarf. It has not been a very cold winter here in Ohio but if winter does show up I will be prepared. Scarves everywhere. But it is an excellent way to try a new technique with a little yarn. I love to knit and and ready to go. Now if my "have to do" list would stop interfering with my "want to do" list I might be a more balanced person. More later...
